Post-Ticketing Fees (Flights)
At Golden Dust UK Ltd , we believe in full transparency throughout the flight booking process. While we work hard to secure the best airfare and minimize additional costs, certain requests made after an airline ticket has been issued may require post-ticketing fees. These charges reflect administrative handling, airline coordination, fare rule verification, and system processing.
1. Flight Modification Fees
Any request to modify an issued airline ticket — including changes to travel dates, flight times, routes, cabin class, or passenger details — may result in a post-ticketing modification fee. Fees depend on airline fare rules, seat availability, and how close the request is made to the departure date. Fare differences imposed by the airline are charged separately.
2. Cancellation Handling Fees
When a flight ticket is canceled after confirmation, the airline may apply cancellation penalties. In addition, Golden Dust UK Ltd may charge a cancellation handling fee to cover administrative work, airline communication, and system updates. These fees apply even when partial refunds or airline credits are issued.
3. Reissue or Rebooking Fees
If a flight ticket requires reissuance due to a change or correction, a reissue or rebooking fee may apply. This fee is separate from airline penalties and fare differences and reflects the additional processing required to generate a new ticket.
4. Refund Processing Fees
If a refund is approved by the airline, Golden Dust UK Ltd may apply a refund processing fee to cover payment gateway costs, banking charges, and administrative handling. All service fees charged at the time of booking remain non-refundable.
5. No-Show Fees
If a passenger fails to check in or board a scheduled flight without prior notice, the booking is considered a “no-show.” No-show tickets are typically non-refundable, and additional no-show handling fees may apply due to airline reporting and administrative processing.
6. Agent-Assisted Service Fees
Requests handled through our customer support team — such as ticket changes, cancellations, name corrections, or airline inquiries — may be subject to an agent-assisted service fee. These fees compensate for manual processing, airline follow-ups, and extended support time.
7. Payment Dispute or Chargeback Fees
In cases where a customer initiates a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank or card provider, a dispute handling fee may apply. This fee covers the administrative effort required to investigate, respond to airline documentation requests, and manage the dispute process.
8. Airline-Imposed Fees
Fees charged by Golden Dust UK Ltd are separate from airline-imposed penalties. Airlines may charge additional fees for changes, cancellations, fare rule violations, seat upgrades, or ancillary services. Customers agree to airline terms at the time of booking.
9. Non-Refundable Service Fees
All service charges, processing fees, and post-ticketing fees collected by Golden Dust UK Ltd are non-refundable. These fees cover services already rendered and remain applicable even if the airline issues a refund or travel credit.
10. Acceptance of Post-Ticketing Fees
By booking a flight through Golden Dust UK Ltd , you acknowledge and accept all post-ticketing fees outlined above. These fees may be updated without prior notice, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current terms.
