2. Booking Confirmation
All reservations made through Golden Dust UK Ltd represent a request for service. Final approval is provided solely by the rental supplier. We act as an intermediary and do not own, operate, or control the rental vehicles. Availability, booking acceptance, and vehicle allocation remain the responsibility of the rental company.
3. Payment Terms
Some bookings may require full payment at the time of reservation, while others allow payment at pickup. A valid credit card in the renter’s name is required for deposits, security holds, or additional charges. Fees for fuel, tolls, violations, cleaning, or optional extras may be applied at the rental counter or after the rental period, depending on the supplier's billing processes.
4. Pricing & Taxes
Prices shown on our website are based on supplier-provided data and may fluctuate due to seasonal demand, vehicle category, pickup location, or availability. Taxes, surcharges, insurance, airport fees, and optional add-ons may not be reflected in the initial quote. All final charges will be confirmed by the rental provider at pickup.
5. Cancellation, Modifications & Refunds
All cancellations and refund requests are governed by the rental supplier’s policy. Some bookings may offer free cancellation within a specified window, while others may be partially refundable or completely non-refundable. Any disputes related to refunds or cancellation fees must be addressed directly with the rental company fulfilling the reservation.
6. Vehicle Availability & Substitution
Vehicle images displayed on our platform are for illustration only. Actual models may vary by color, features, or brand within the same vehicle class. Suppliers may provide a similar or upgraded category if the reserved vehicle is unavailable at pickup.
7. Required Documentation
Renters must present a valid driver’s license, government-issued identification, and a credit card matching the primary driver’s name. Some locations may require additional documentation such as proof of address or travel itinerary. Failure to present valid documents may result in rental denial without refund.
8. Insurance & Liability Coverage
Basic coverage may be included by the rental provider, but renters may still be financially responsible for deductibles, exclusions, or uncovered incidents. Optional protection packages such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), and Theft Protection may be available at additional cost. It is the renter’s responsibility to understand and accept or decline insurance options offered by the supplier.
9. Fuel Policy
Suppliers may operate under a full-to-full, pre-purchase, or same-level fuel policy. Returning the vehicle with less fuel than required will result in refueling charges at rates determined by the rental company. Customers are encouraged to verify the fuel level at pickup and return.
10. Mileage Rules
Mileage allowances vary by rental provider. Vehicles may include unlimited mileage or may have daily or total mileage restrictions. Excess mileage will be billed at supplier-defined rates. Customers should review mileage terms before completing the reservation.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Renters must operate the vehicle responsibly and comply with all local traffic regulations. Costs related to parking violations, speeding tickets, toll evasion, misfueling, smoking inside the vehicle, or negligence are the sole responsibility of the customer. Additional charges may apply for excessive wear, damage, or unreasonable use of the vehicle.
12. Limitation of Liability
Golden Dust UK Ltd is not responsible for accidents, injuries, mechanical failures, rental denials, overbookings, or supplier-based service issues. Our role is strictly to facilitate the reservation. All operational matters fall under the rental provider’s responsibility.
13. Website Availability
We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our services; however, scheduled maintenance, server issues, internet outages, or unforeseen technical disruptions may occur. We do not guarantee continuous uptime of our website or booking engine.

15. Governing Law
